Additional videography time plus corresponding editing: $100 per hour on location* for two digital video cameras with one videographer, plus $50/hour for second videographer.
Photo montage introduction featuring childhood/dating pictures set to music with special transitional effects: $100 for up to 40 pictures (can include some honeymoon photos at end of video). If desired the photo montage can be produced separately for projection at the reception or distribution on CD or DVD, for an additional fee.
Video highlights introduction featuring key moments from the video set to music with romantic special effects: $200. Can also be produced separately for distribution on CD/DVD or posting on the internet, for an additional fee.
Love story introduction featuring childhood/dating photos and interviews with the couple about how they met and fell in love: $400. Interviews can be shot "on location" at a favorite spot in the Sacramento area, or at the wedding rehearsal. If desired (for an additional fee), the love story can be projected at the reception or distributed on DVD or via the Internet.
VHS copies: $25 each including personalized labels and decorative covers.
DVD copies: $150 for the first set (usually two discs with menus) and $35 each additional set, including personalized labels and decorative cover. Note: requires DVD players which are compatible with DVD-R or DVD +R discs (most models).

Raw footage: up to five hours of minimally-edited video from your event on VHS videotape: $100.
Internet upload: have your photo montage, video highlights or "love story" introduction posted on the internet for an additional $100.
Widescreen option: Have your video shot in "widescreen" (16:9) format using two 3-chip digital video cameras for an additional $1000. Finished video will be delivered on widescreen (anamorphic) DVDs for improved display quality on high-definition TVs.
High-Definition option: Available soon--contact us if interested. Expected additional fee of approximately $1500 on top of current stated package prices.

Travel: An additional travel fee of $1.00 per mile (total distance) may apply to events more than 25 miles from Folsom, California.

Large screen projection “Memories” presentation at reception. $450.00

Prices subject to change without notice until booked.
Videography time is calculated from arrival at first location (at least one hour before ceremony) to departure from final location, and includes travel time between venues.
A deposit of $250 and a signed contract is required to reserve a specific event date. Balance of fees due two weeks prior to event. Make checks payable to Kevin W. Shaw and send to address listed below.
DVDs require players compatible with DVD-R or DVD+R discs (most models).
Allow at least 4-8 weeks after your wedding for delivery of the finished video.
