Below is a copy of the October 19, 2006 letter United States Senator Lincoln D. Chafee gave to the United States Coast Guard regarding his concerns about allowing the LNG tankers to travel through the Mount Hope Bay in order to get to Weaver's Cove in Fall River, Massachusetts.
