Newport Weddings

WINGS first became a Newport wedding videographer  in the summer of 1993.  We have videotaped Newport weddings at most of the Newport  mansions that hold weddings along with other various high end Newport Island and Jamestown hotels and mansions.  

       Our wedding packages often include a video presentation at the wedding reception which is shown on one of our large video projection screens.  

Weddings today are drastically different from the ones we did in the 90's.   In the early 90's brides considered us and other wedding videographers to be the "last" to be contacted for their wedding.   However,  today many brides are selecting  their wedding videographer "first".  The main reason for this is that the main event at wedding receptions has become the "Video Love Story".   Brides know that everyone at the wedding will be watching this video plus many more family and friends will see it over the years.   For this reason,  the video we do before your wedding is just as important as the one you will receive from us after your wedding.  
Therefore, if you are planning a wedding in the Newport area in the near future you should contact us early to reserve your wedding date to have us begin work on your "Love Story" video to show at your wedding reception.  This generally gives you a chance to show your wedding guests such things as how you first met and other important things you would like them to see. 

 Newport brides select WINGS to do their wedding videos for several different reasons.  Many of brides that selected us to videotape their wedding came from referrals from former weddings we had videotaped.   In addition, many others contact us because they want their video produced by a company that has developed a reputation over several years in the video business. 
  WINGS has won several awards in video production and the producer of WINGS, is Frank W. Wing.   Frank is the former President of the American Videographers Association and a member of the National Professional Association of Videographers.  Frank has  produced productions with  President George W. Bush that have appeared on national television and also once worked as the official photographer for former President George Bush. Frank W. Wing also produced the last interview Ted Williams did with anyone and that interview was done with George W. Bush. 

  In addition to several successful years as a Newport Wedding Videographer, WINGS has done considerable television programming.  Our shows have been shown on nationwide in both the USA and Japan.  We also produced a successful television show, WINGS Sports which appeared weekly on PAX Television and other cable and broadcast networks. 
  Since our equipment and methods have also change drastically since we first started doing Newport weddings back in 1993.  Today we are using some of the best equipment available to produce our wedding videos and DVD's.   Most of our work today is done in High Definition and put on DVDs.

                            Our Newport wedding packages offer several options to help meet your needs.   Likewise, because all of our Newport weddings are videotaped personally by Frank W. Wing and one or more of his assistants, we only videotape one Newport wedding on any given day. 

Newport Wedding Packages Starting at  $ 1,950.00

• Three digital video cameras with two videographers at the ceremony and two cameras with two videographers at the reception for a total of up to eight hours coverage of wedding day events, plus one camera at the rehearsal (schedule permitting). Includes guest interviews. Advanced digital editing with titles, music and sophisticated special effects.
• We have video screens up to 10 foot wide to show your "Love Story".   Our "Love Story" generally features some childhood/dating photos and a story about how the couple met and fell in love with  interviews with them. The "Love Story"  is generally produced in advance of the wedding for  projection at the wedding reception.  The story can also be distributed on DVD, video or via the Internet.
  • We usually supply three copies of the finished video on DVD with personalized labels and decorative covers.
